1. About the Promotion

This Confinement Angels Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised by Confinement Angels Pte Ltd (“Confinement Angels”).

By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Confinement Angels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion, or to amend these Terms, where reasonably necessary and without prior notice.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run from 1 September 2026 at 00:00 SGT (GMT +8) to 31 October 2026 at 23:59 SGT (GMT +8) (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of Singapore.
2. Participants must be currently pregnant at the time of participation. Participants who have already given birth are not eligible for this Promotion.
3. Participants must provide complete and accurate information required for the Promotion, including their full name, estimated delivery date, contact number and valid Singapore delivery address, where applicable.
4. The Promotion is limited to one (1) pack per family/household.
5. Confinement Angels reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who:
   • provides incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information;
   • is no longer pregnant at the time of participation;
   • submits multiple entries where only one entry is permitted;
   • does not comply with these Terms; or
   • is otherwise deemed ineligible at the discretion of Confinement Angels.

4. Promotion Mechanics

1. Eligible participants who successfully complete the required giveaway participation steps during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive one (1) pack of Zappy Postpartum Wet Wipes, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
2. There are only thirty (30) packs available for this Promotion. Once all thirty (30) packs have been allocated, the Promotion will be considered fully redeemed, regardless of the stated Promotion Period.
3. The giveaway is limited to one (1) pack per family/household.
4. Multiple entries submitted by members of the same family or household may be treated as a single entry at the discretion of Confinement Angels.
5. The giveaway item is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other product.
6. Confinement Angels reserves the right to reject or disqualify duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.
7. Confinement Angels reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion once all available giveaway items have been allocated.

5. Delivery of Giveaway Item

1. Each eligible participant will receive one (1) pack of Zappy Postpartum Wet Wipes, sponsored by Zappy, subject to the availability of the thirty (30) giveaway packs.
2. The giveaway item will be delivered to the Singapore delivery address provided by the participant during registration.
3. Giveaway items will be dispatched after the Promotion Period and verification of eligible participants. Participants can expect delivery within [14 working days] after the Promotion Period ends, subject to delivery schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Confinement Angels will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery within the stated timeframe. However, Confinement Angels shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their name, contact number and delivery address are complete and accurate. Confinement Angels will not be responsible for unsuccessful or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the participant.
6. If a giveaway item is returned or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant, Confinement Angels reserves the right to forfeit the giveaway item or arrange redelivery at its discretion.
7. Participants do not need to be present personally to receive the giveaway item, provided that the item can be successfully delivered to the address provided.
8. Confinement Angels reserves the right to determine the delivery method and delivery schedule for the giveaway items.

6. Contact by Confinement Angels

1. By participating in this Promotion and submitting their contact details, participants acknowledge that a Confinement Angels consultant may contact them using the contact information provided to follow up on their giveaway participation and to provide information about Confinement Angels’ confinement nanny services, packages and related services.
2. Participants may receive a call, WhatsApp message, SMS or other form of communication from a Confinement Angels representative in relation to the Promotion and/or its services.
3. Participation in this Promotion does not require the participant to purchase any Confinement Angels service.
4. Participants may inform the Confinement Angels representative if they do not wish to receive further marketing communications, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

7. Personal Data

1. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to Confinement Angels collecting, using and/or disclosing the personal information provided for purposes reasonably related to the administration of this Promotion, including:
   • verifying eligibility;
   • contacting participants regarding the Promotion;
   • arranging delivery of the giveaway item;
   • following up on enquiries regarding Confinement Angels’ services; and
   • communicating information about Confinement Angels’ products and services, where permitted under applicable laws.
2. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Confinement Angels’ applicable Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
3. Participants should ensure that all information submitted is accurate and belongs to them or that they have the appropriate authority to provide such information.

8. General Terms

1. Confinement Angels reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms.
2. The giveaway product is sponsored by Freshening Industries Pte Ltd. Confinement Angels does not provide any additional warranty or guarantee in relation to the giveaway product beyond what is provided by the product sponsor or manufacturer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Participants acknowledge that Freshening Industries Pte Ltd is the sponsor of the giveaway product and that this Promotion is administered by Confinement Angels.
4. To the extent permitted by law, Confinement Angels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the use of the giveaway item, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other third-party platform through which the Promotion may be promoted or administered.
6. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion.

10. Rights of the Organiser

1. Confinement Angels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, suspend, extend or terminate this Promotion, including the Promotion Period, eligibility criteria, participation mechanics, giveaway item, quantity of giveaway items and any other aspect of the Promotion, where reasonably necessary and without prior notice.
2. Confinement Angels reserves the right to substitute the sponsored giveaway item with another product of comparable value if the stated item becomes unavailable or circumstances require such substitution.
3. Confinement Angels reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have provided false, incomplete or misleading information, submitted duplicate or fraudulent entries, failed to meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise breached these Terms.
4. In the event that the Promotion is modified, suspended or terminated, or the giveaway item is substituted, Confinement Angels shall not be liable to participants for any resulting loss, claim or disappointment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Confinement Angels’ decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
