(1) Pass is valid for a month. Should you need to reschedule your class do let us know at least a day in advance before 6pm. Same day cancellation or no show will be considered as session utilised. For Aqua class, please enter from the back door.
(2) No photos or videos will be allowed, you may request for the instructor to take some photos and we will send it over to you.
(3) After keeping in touch with Inspiremumbaby, log into your account and go to News, READ the Swimming Term/Pass Policy before attending the FIRST lesson. It is compulsory to READ the policy before class. The policy will guide you on what to prepare prior to your lesson, requirements and important things to take note of. You can access to your account via the customer portal or via the app. https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/inspiremumbaby/dashboard. You can download the ‘iClassPro’ app, type in “inspiremumbaby” from the app store/play store.
(4) Offers listed are valid for customers who signed up before and redeemed before 31st Dec 2026. Once redeemed, they may be used at a later date.
